1. Who we are
Skybridge Courier Ltd. provides a US receiving address and air freight to Jamaica for registered customers.
2. Your account
Keep your details accurate. Packages must be addressed in the name on your account with your account number.
3. Charges
Freight is billed per package by weight, rounded up. Customs duties and taxes are set by Jamaica Customs and passed on at cost.
4. Prohibited items
We will not carry items banned by US or Jamaican law. Restricted items may need a permit before release.
5. Storage and unclaimed packages
Storage applies after 30 days. Packages unclaimed after 60 days may be disposed of after notice.
6. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value on your invoice, up to US$100 unless insured.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to packages received after its date.
