Use your US address at checkout
Copy your Florida address into any US store. Your account number goes in address line 2 so we can match the package.
- STEP 03
Pre-alert and upload the invoice
Tell us what's coming and attach the receipt. Pre-alerted packages are matched faster and clear customs sooner.
- STEP 04
We receive and weigh it in Florida
Our Davie warehouse scans and weighs it. You get a notification with the weight and your Skybridge tracking number.
- STEP 05
It flies to Kingston 2× a week
Packages are bagged onto the next flight manifest and land at Norman Manley airport, usually within 3–5 days of arrival.
- STEP 06
We clear customs for you
Our broker handles Jamaica Customs. If they need anything from you — an invoice, a permit — you'll know right away.
- STEP 07
Pay online or at the counter
When it's ready, pay by card, wallet balance or cash at the branch. Online payers skip the line.

Pick up or get it delivered
Collect at your branch with your QR code, or choose priority or express delivery to your door.
How to write it at checkout
Use the name on your account and always put your account number in address line 2. If a store won't allow it there, add it after your name. Packages without it pay a JMD 500 handling fee.
